There’s something about the little black dress. The go-to wisp of material that’s perfect for any occasion. The quintessential LBD hugs, stretches, and moves with the female form. Every woman needs one at some point, and sometimes that means borrowing from a friend.

Starting with Abby, this lucky LBD makes its way into the stories of Lucy, Katie, and Winnie right when they need it most.
Four women, four stories, and four happily ever afters…
And it all started with one little black dress.

Warning: Keep your hands off our Little Black Dress if you're not 18.

Sonja's Review

I was originally drawn to the Little Black Dress anthology because of Sarah O'Rourke, but I was also excited to read the stories and discover some new authors that I hadn't read before too! Ms. Curtis, Asher, and Frost were all new to me, but I can tell you right now that I will definitely be reading them again. I loved every single novella - they were just fantastic!

I can't really tell you my favorite, so I'm going to talk about them in the order they appear.

It's no surprise that I loved Sarah O'Rourke's Abby's Angels! I'll admit it did make a little nervous in the beginning and pulled on my heartstrings, but that was just was made it so good. It was short on length but certainly not on heart. It was beautiful, a little heartbreaking, so sexy, and heartwarming - I positively loved it!

Next up is Ms. Asher's Lucy's a Dreamer and I got a big kick out of this one. Lucy is determined to protect her heart from Vaughn, but Vaughn is having none of it and refuses to let her walk away without her knowing how much she means to him. It was a hot, humorous, and highly entertaining read - I enjoyed it very much!

Sarah Curtis' Kiss Me, Katie was a gem! I loved seeing how close Katie and Ethan were and how much they wanted to become more and how a Little Black Dress made it all possible. It was beyond steamy and it got my blood racing. I just loved Kiss Me, Katie!

And last but not least, we have Layla Frost's Winnie Mae. Winnie Mae was such a fun read! It made me laugh at Winnie Mae's antics, I think she was my favorite heroine out of all the others. She's just fun and silly and maybe a little eccentric, but that's why I loved her. Max was awesome too - it was just a great way to end the anthology.

Little Black Dress was a lovely, excellent anthology that was full of heat and light and fun and love. We got strong heroines and tough alpha heroes - there wasn't anything more that I could've asked from these authors. I loved all the stories, but one of the aspects I loved the most was how that Little Black Dress worked it's magic for all of these ladies and their men - it was like The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants only more grown up and sexier - I just loved, loved, loved that!

The Little Black Dress anthology is full of all standalones, dual points of view, and happily-ever-afters and if you love that, then you absolutely, without a doubt need to pick this up because I'm sure that you will love it as much as I do!
