“What’s wrong?” I ask.
“Just a little tight, is all.”
I inhale through my nose. I have to shove the pregnancy stuff to the back corner of my brain. We’re a long way off from Olivia letting me pump her full of my semen anyhow, so why am I stressing about it now? The first step is showing her how compatible we can be.

I smile at her. “Sit tight. I’ll be right back.”
I grab a bottle of massage oil from the hall closet and return to the living room. The soft jazz music seems to float in the air, creating a pleasant buzz in the atmosphere.
Olivia’s eyes widen when I rejoin her on the couch, but she doesn’t question me.
“I’ll give you a massage,” I suggest. “Take off your sweatshirt.”

Whoo-eee - when Ms. Ryan left us that cliffhanger at the end of book one, I could NOT wait to dive into Hitched Vol Two! I had to know what happened and and I was also excited to see how Noah and Olivia's relationship would progress. It was wonderful seeing them together and I really enjoyed reading this book.
Man, I have somewhat of a love/hate relationship with Olivia. I love that she is strong and independent and that she doesn't just give into Noah, but at the same time, I wasn't too crazy about how hard she does make him work for it - I love Noah, though, so I'm biased. Olivia is not always easy to love and there were times where she wanted to make me shake my head, but at the end of the day, I do like her. She is tough and professional, but she also has her sweet, warm moments that make up for everything else.
Well, you already know that I love Noah! He might not always be the most serious guy ever and he might have been a playboy back in the day, but it's obvious how much he cares about saving the company and also how much he cares about Olivia. He definitely has the whole commanding, alpha thing down in the bedroom, but he's also so sweet and romantic that I don't know how anyone could resist him - I know I sure couldn't!
Hitched Vol Two is not as light and funny as the first book, but it certainly has its moments. It's full of passion, a little heartache, and it will keep you on the edge of your seat. It frustrated me, amused me, and made my heart pound and melt. It was an excellent addition to the series and I can't wait to read the next one!
Hitched Vol Two is told from Noah and Olivia's POV and it does end in a cliffhanger that will probably leave you groaning and absolutely wanting more!
