BOOK TOUR SERIES REVIEW: The Club by Lauren Rowe

Even though it's almost been a full year since I've read the first half of The Club series, I still remember a lot about the books! It became one of my favorite series and it's even more so now that I've read all of Josh and Kat's story. Each book in The Club Trilogy is amazing and I absolutely loved every single one! 

I wanted to read The Club as soon as I saw a teaser and the synopsis for it and with the first chapter I fell in love with both the book and Jonas! It was impossible not to love that sweet, deep, sensitive man and I know you'll fall head over heels when you meet him. The Club was heartbreaking, beautiful, so HOT, and the ending floored me and I was so eager to read The Reclamation! 

The Reclamation was every bit as good as the first book and although I can't remember every detail, the one thing that I remember clearly and doubt I'll ever forget is how Ms. Rowe left us at the end. She gave us a cliffhanger that totally slayed me and it gave me a huge cliffhanger hangover. The Reclamation punched me in the gut, ripped out my heart and stomped on it, but it also made me fall even more in love with Jonas and Sarah too! 

Now, The Redemption, I had to wait a little while before I could read it because I was still reeling from The Reclamation, but once I started it, I didn't want to stop! It was epic, exciting, and scorching hot. It made my head spin, made me giddy, surprised me, and fascinated me. It was by far the best Jonas and Sarah book to me then and definitely worth the wait and all the heartbreak to see Jonas and Sarah get their happily-ever-after! 

The Club Trilogy is sexy, heartbreaking, beautiful, and full of depth and meaning. Each book has just gotten better and better and I'm so glad that I able to read it and got to see these characters grow and find peace, happiness, and love. The Club series is one series that I will always love, always remember, and I will absolutely, positively read the whole series, not just Jonas and Sarah's books, again and again!

The Infatuation
NOW LIVE! 
AHHHH! I know Ms. Rowe loves her cliffhangers, but AHHH, HOW COULD SHE LEAVE IT LIKE THAT?! AHHHH! I mean, I have The Revelation, so there's no waiting but still, GARGH CLIFFHANGER! 

Okay, I'm - ARGH - done shouting now and now that I'm done, I don't know what to say. I knew that we would be left hanging and I realized that the next book is called The Revelation, but I still figured because of the way it was going that we would get what was revealed before the end of this book and right as we're about to - GAH, IT ENDS!!! IT JUST ENDS!! I know I said I was finished yelling and I'm sorry for the unintentional lie and also for not making much sense but I don't want to give out any spoilers, but I'm sure that you'll know what I'm taking about if you've read Jonas and Sarah's books and if you haven't, you really need to because there will be spoilers, but mostly just because they are AH-MAZ-ING! 

I feel like I'm rambling, so let's just get on to The Infatuation. I have wanted to read Josh and Kat's story ever since they met in The Reclamation. The chemistry between them was immediate, off the charts, and there was so much HOT sexual tension! It was obvious that they should and would be together - I mean seriously, The Playboy and The Party Girl with a Hyphen? It's a total match made in heaven and when they finally come together - it's like BOOM - mondo, major, massive explosion!!

Of course, The Infatuation is about more than just that high sexual tension and inevitable super explosion and it definitely wasn't everything I expected. We get to see a side to Kat and Josh that we've only gotten hints of before and sides that we haven't seen at all. There's much more to this Playboy and Party Girl than you might think and I can't wait to get even more inside their heads and see all of them! 

The Infatuation is the fourth book in The Club series and it needs to be read in order. It is told from Josh and Kat's POV and of course, as mentioned above, you already know it ends in grr-argh cliffhanger!

The Revelation
NOW LIVE! 

Well, Ms. Rowe has done it again! She's left me with a cliffhanger that has me dying to read the next book and just totally wanting to ditch writing this review and hold off on it until I'm done reading said next book. The Revelation was just so intense and even better than The Infatuation and nothing is going to stop me from diving into The Consummation as soon as I can! 

I've always liked Kat - she's funny and she just has this happy, bubbly personality that makes you want to be around her. I think I'm a little more like Sarah in certain aspects, but I connect to Kat in ways that I don't with Sarah. Kat is definitely her own person - she loves to party and have fun, but you won't meet anyone more loyal to the people she cares about or who will go above and beyond to help them out. Yeah, Kat might not always be the nicest person in the world and she's devious and evil, as Josh would say, but she truly does have a heart of gold. She's strong, fierce, and sassy, but I love seeing her vulnerable, sweet side the most. Kat is an awesome heroine and I love her! 

Well, just like I've always liked Kat - I've always liked Josh - heck, let's be honest, I loved him! He's hilarious and fun and you know that more often than not that you're going to have an absolutely fantastic time with him. I'm still not sure if I love Josh more than Jonas, but if I honestly had to pick one of them - I would totally pick Josh. He's always making me laugh and that's a huge part of why I would, but I also love how sweet, generous, and selfless he is. I connect to and understand Josh a little more and better than I do with Jonas, but I wholeheartedly love both of them - they're undeniably amazing! 

The Revelation is so hot it practically set my kindle on fire! It made heart race and pound and kept me on the edge on my seat and flipping the pages as fast as I could. It was an engaging, sexy, entertaining, funny, heartbreaking, wonderful read and it's my favorite of Josh and Kat's story so far, but I have no doubts that The Consummation will be the best out of the three and will take the place as my new favorite! 

The Revelation is the second part of Josh and Kat's story and the series must be read in order. It's told from Josh and Kat's POV and while the cliffhanger might not shock you, it will define leave you wanting more and desperate to find out what's going to happen next!

The Consummation
NOW LIVE! 

I had a feeling The Consummation would be the best and my favorite Josh and Kat book and I was not wrong! While I did know that, I had no idea that it would be true for the series as a whole. Oh, it was just spectacular and I loved it, I loved it, I loved it!!! 

I'll admit that when I started this journey with Josh and Kat, I didn't think it was going to be possible for them to make me love them more than Jonas and Sarah, but oh my gosh, they certainly proved that I don't know what I'm talking about. I never stood a chance against them! 

I just completely loooove Kat! She surprises me, highly entertains me, and she makes me laugh my butt off. I might not love her crazy, insaneness as much as Josh, but I do love everything about Kat. She totally one of kind - she's smart and honest, confident and fierce, and I agree with Josh - a total dude at times which is hilarious, but how much passion and how full of life she is were what made me love her the most. Kat is amazing, I would love to have a best friend like her, and I think it's safe to say that she will always be one of my top favorite, most memorable heroines. 

At the end of The Revelation, I couldn't say for sure that I loved Josh more than Jonas, I knew I would pick Josh, but I couldn't say with one hundred percent certainty that my heart was completely his. I can now, without a doubt, say that Josh has absolutely stolen my heart and I fell in love with him even more than I did with Jonas. He has utterly charmed his way in and nothing could have stopped it because he's just incredible. Josh is always making me laugh, sometimes he breaks my heart and sometimes he has me shaking my head, slapping my hand over the top of my glasses, and rolling my eyes because he just did something so very not smart when it comes to Kat, but what really gets me is how sweet and generous and giving he is. Josh doesn't do anything half-a*sed, he goes all in and he's willing to pretty much do anything for Kat to make her fantasies and dreams come true. Josh is impossible to resist, I totally want a guy like him, and he will also be one of my top favorite heroes! 

The Consummation is an epic, beautiful, touching read that will melt your heart, bring tears to your eyes, make you good sigh, and laugh out loud often. It will tug on your heartstrings, set you on fire, and make you so happy you can't stop smiling. I can't tell you much I loved and enjoyed this outstanding book! I'm thrilled I got to see Josh and Kat's story through to the end, but I'm a little sad that it's over and I really hope that Ms. Rowe continues the series and writes about some of the other characters because I loved them and I can't imagine saying goodbye to them so soon! 

The Consummation is the third and final part to Josh and Kat's story, it is told from their POV, and they finally get their HEA!
