About K. Webster
Sonja's Review
OMG! Was this book good it was it GOOD?! Like, seriously - It. Was. That GOOD! This is War, Baby, for the most part, gave me a lot of laughs, but Untimely You totally takes the cake. It was hilarious and the lightest book of Ms. Webster's that I have read to date and oh, my gosh, I fell in love with this book so hard! It actually came at quite an "untimely" time for me because I have to read a book right after this and although I know it's going to be good, I wish I had read it first because Untimely You gave me such a high and I don't want it to end!
And speaking of things I don't want to end, I didn't want to say goodbye to Adrian or Neesy. Adrian completey stole my heart and even though he had some not-so-good moments, I couldn't be mad at him or love him any less. I just broke for this man and he put me back together with his utter vulnerability, sweetness, and love for Neesy. Adrian really touched my heart and I'm so glad that this wonderful man found his happiness.
And Neesy, how could I not love Neesy?! She reminded me so much of myself from her love of books to her humor all the way down to her clumsiness. Neesy is understanding, optimistic, funny, strong, and beautiful. She's smiles and light and just pure joy - it's not any wonder that she made Adrian fall in love with her. I wholeheartedly loved her - she is just beyond amazing and I'm so sad to leave her behind, but I will definitely visit her again!
Untimely You had me laughing and smiling and giggling the whole way through. It was light and fun to read but that doesn't mean that your heart gets off easy, oh no, no, no, it doesn't. This book stabbed me in the heart and broke it, it made my eyes sting with tears, and it had me covering my mouth in horror and heartache at times. Untimely You was just a heart racing, heartbreaking but also heartwarming, beautiful, outstanding read and it is without a doubt my favorite K. Webster book!
Untimely You is told from Adrian and Neesy's POV and they get their very well-deserved happily-ever-after. It is a standalone but I hope Ms. Webster writes about Damien so I can visit this amazing world again!
