I'm always up for reading an instalove romance with a hot, possessive alpha male and Surviving Harley was no exception! I was really excited to read it and I had such a good time doing it. It was fantastic and there was not one thing that I didn't love about Surviving Harley!
Taylor might come across as a bit of a harda*s at first, but she also has a vulnerableness to her as well. Now don't get me wrong, she's still strong, but you get see her softness more. I loved seeing that side of Taylor - she's sweet, kind, and has an optimism and positivity that I really appreciated. Taylor discovered what truly matters to her and she fully embraces it. I just loved her - she's wonderful!
And of course, I fell for Harley right away! I love me a big, gruff, growly, you're-mine kind of man and he fit that to a tee. Harley always wants to make it work with Taylor and he never completely gives up. Harley is possessive, protective, loyal, and you know he has Taylor's back to the end of time. With all that, how could I not fall for him? Harley is equally as wonderful - Taylor and me never stood a chance!
Surviving Harley might not be very long, but it is definitely not short on heart. It has light, sweet moments and dark, heart pounding ones too. It's sexy ride full of a little danger, a little heart ache, and a whole lot of love and passion. It was such an excellent read and I just adored it!
Surviving Harley is a standalone, it's told from Harley and Taylor's POV, and their happy ending left me with a smiling face and melting heart!
