Sonja's Review

I wasn't quite sure what to make of Sweet Jayne's synopsis when I first read it, but I love K. Webster, so I was like, "I don't care, I'm reading it anyway." It wasn't anything like what I was expecting, but it blew any expectations I did have out of the water. It was incredible, unique, and I loved it!

Man, Nadia is strong, like her will is Hercules strong. She's determined, stubborn, selfless, and she will do whatever takes to make sure the plan she has for Logan will happen no matter what. Nadia is just extraordinary - I have so much love, admiration, and respect for her. She's one of the best heroines that I've read in a while, probably even the whole year. I know for sure that she will be one who I do not forget.

I know there are three guys in the synopsis, but seeing as Nadia really only loves one, I do not consider Sweet Jayne to be a love triangle. I won't tell you who the hero is though, I will just say that even when I thought that one of others guys was the hero, the man who stole Nadia's heart also stole mine. Despite how it might look at first, he's so sweet, protective, possessive, and he just feels safe and like home. He was amazing and wonderful and I wholeheartedly loved him.

Sweet Jayne is the darkest book of Ms. Webster's that I've read. It is definitely not for the faint of heart, but while it is the darkest, there is so much light in this book too.

Sweet Jayne is a heart pounding read full of mystery, danger, and secrets. It will keep you on your toes, guessing, and wondering the whole time. It broke my heart and made it ache, it frustrated me and made me angry. brought tears to my eyes and made me cry, but it also made me laugh and warmed my heart. Sweet Jayne was outstanding, beautiful, and one of the best books I've read this year!

Sweet Jayne is a standalone, it is told from Nadia and one of the men's POV, and almost everyone does live happily-ever-after!
