REVIEW TOUR: Man in the Mirror by Andrea Smith

GET YOUR BOXED SET HERE!!

In recognition of November being Alzheimer Awareness Month, this Limited Edition boxed set is being released, with 100% of the proceeds going to the Alzheimer's Foundation to search for the cure! This set includes both books in the Limbo Series: Silent Whisper and Clouds in my Coffee. Having traveled along on my father's seven year journey with Alzheimer's Disease, I have shared my personal story of what it was like up until the end.

Silent Whisper - Parrish Locke, a 27 year-old fashion model never expected her life would be forever changed on that dark, snowy winter night when her car spun off the road and into a cemetery in Chester, WV. She meets someone in that cemetery that awakens Parrish to a gift that she has, and thus begins their journey back to the 1980's where some unfinished business awaits them!

Clouds in my Coffee - Parrish Locke never in her wildest dreams thought spending some quality time at her father's ski resort in Park City Utah would present the opportunity for her to use her gift to help a stalled soul nearby! Enter the smokin' hot Marco Trevani Jr., and a cameo appearance by BAU Agent Taz Matthews who will help Parrish uncover the truth on a decades old murder! There's mystery, romance, suspense and laughter when one relationship fizzles and another one sizzles!

Man, Andrea Smith could not have picked two better books to make up her Man in the Mirror Boxed Set than Silent Whispers and Clouds in My Coffee! They were just absolutely perfect and totally worth the read. They will make you feel, make you cry, and it will be a series you never forget.

Oh, I can't tell you how much I needed a read like Silent Whispers right now! I've been in the kind of book slump where all the books I've read lately have just been great, but they haven't blown me and I really needed a book to blow me away - and Silent Whispers was that book! I'll be honest, for most of the book I thought it was going to be just another four star read, but then something happened that totally blindsided me, made me absolutely furious, and left me utterly broken-hearted so much so that there was no way I could rate it anything other five stars. It was just beyond amazing and I loved it!

Silent Whispers is like The Ghost Whisperer only it's way more intense and trust me - if you're a fan of the show, you will definitely love this book! I have no doubt it will give you all the feels just like it did me. It made me want to scream and yell and rage and beat someone and when I was done with that, I just wanted to sob and bawl my eyes out. And while I might not have sobbed, I cried - more than once and I can't imagine anyone not managing to squeeze out a tear or two while reading this book.

Silent Whispers is a heartbreakingly tragic and beautiful story. It's the kind of book that will get inside your heart and touch it, and it will rip your heart out but will also warm it and leave you feeling satisfied in the end. It was incredible and I can't wait to read the next book!

If Cold Case and The Ghost Whisperer got together and had a baby, it would Ms. Smith's Limbo series right here. It has all the mystery and the hunt to find the truth and solve the case just like in Cold Case with all the heartache and heartwarming feelings that come with the "Limobonians" for The Ghost Whisperer part. I love those shows and I loved Silent Whispers, so I had no doubts that I would love Clouds in My Coffee too and I was not wrong! And although, this book didn't punch me in the gut like the first one, I have to say that I loved it even more and it's definitely my favorite in the series!

We get more Parrish in this one and I really enjoyed that! Parrish is strong, she's stubborn, she's a fighter, and she's totally sassy. She's determined to help her mom's friends cross over, she'll go to bat for them, and I know that if I was stuck in Limbo, Parrish is exactly the kind of person I would want helping me. She's a light, kind-hearted, wonderful heroine and I positively love her!!

And speaking of love - I loooved Marco Trevani Jr., even if I did want to rage at and smack him sometimes! He's so hot and sexy, dominant and controlling, and kind of an a*shole at times, but don't worry, he has a playful, teasing side to him as well. I have no doubts that Agent Trevani will get under you skin, drive you crazy, and leave you wanting more. I know I want more and I really hope I get to see him again!

Clouds in My Coffee was easier and a lot more fun to read for me. It still broke my heart and made my nose sting with tears, but I also had such a great time reading it! It made me laugh and smile and I absolutely loved, loved, LOVED the little love/hate thing Parrish and Marco had going on! It was a HOT, touching, beautiful read and I really, really, really hope that Ms. Smith writes more of this series because I'm completely in love with it already and I just want more of all of it!!

Clouds in My Coffee should be read after Silent Whispers and it might not end in the most conventional HEA, but I would say that there definitely is one!

I'm a little sad that I've finished the Man in the Mirror Boxed Set, but I'm so glad that I took a chance on it! These books are exact my kind of books and Ms. Smith has for sure made a fan out of me and I can't wait to read from her! Trust me, if you want two amazing reads, then look no further than this box set - I promise, it'll be worth every penny you spend.
